DELTAPLAN Soil System: PLANT SUPPORT

PLANT SUPPORT: Surface Runoff   Reduction, In-Ground / Residual Fertilizer Utilization, Irrigation Water   Reduction, Rainwater Consumption Uptake

  • 50%  reduction in irrigation time/water/energy/all related resources and economic costs (weeks1-6)
  • reduction in surface water  runoff (weeks 1-12)
  • increase in rainwater uptake (weeks 7-12)
  • controlled and regulated delivery of  water and nutrient (weeks 1-12) 
  • utilization of  residual in-ground NPK (weeks 1-12)
  • reduction in  surface nutrient runoff

Both fields had NO NUTRUTION  applied during the 12-week test phase. 

      

Similar tests and observations can be duplicated in any environment with controlled irrigation settings, with observable and measurable results, starting with week 2, post-integration.  

CONTROLED AND REGULATED WATER AND NUTRIENT DELIVERY SYSTEM

The image compares the   ROOT SYSTEM development in the CONTROL field (in orange frame) with no DELTAPLAN Soil System technology, receiving 100% irrigation and TEST field (in purple frame), housing the DELTAPLAN Soil System technology with a 57%   reduction in irrigation.

Observation period: 10 days after integration. 

  • 50%  reduction in irrigation time/water/energy/all related resources and economic costs 
  • reduction in surface water  runoff 
  • controlled and regulated delivery of  water and nutrient 
  • utilization of  residual in-ground NPK
